Alexandra - Massage Therapist & Yogi
From France, Alexandra has been a holistic therapist for over 12 years. During this time she has gained many skills & has evolved into a highly skilled beautician & masseuse. Her passion about the connection between body and mind is her life quest! “Learning and sharing love and spreading goodness around is my mission” Alexandra has travelled to India and Thailand to learn and deepen her professional knowledge and skills. While there she trained in Ayurveda, Thai Massage and Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal massage techniques). Alexandra has developed her own unique style of massage which is a combination of these different ancient methods coupled with a holistic approach to read the body.
Alexandra offers a wide variety of therapies from: Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Acupressure and Sports Massages.. Plus her specialised therapies: Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki (hands on healing techniques) and Chi Nei Tsang (massage technique/working on emotional release).
