  Had the best day yesterday at this place. Went with a friend who won a prize for a sauna day. Never knew this retreat was in the city. Spent the time going from sauna to plunge pool and back. Beautiful surroundings that just made you relax and forget your troubles. Tried their ginger Kumbucha drink and omg it was amazing and so good after coming out of the sauna.The staff are so kind and caring and go out of their way to help you. If you havent been here yet you must go.
