Laima - Massage Therapist

Laima is predominantly based in our Tory Urban Massage Retreat in Plimmer Tower in the CBD

Laima is an experienced massage therapist. She is qualified with a bachelors degree in Sports Science and a masters degree in healthcare for Sports Physiotherapy. Both obtained at the Latvian Academy of Sports Education. She practiced in Latvia as a physiotherapist and massage therapist for 5 years before deciding to move to New Zealand.

She believes that everyone can benefit from massage. Whether it is for stress relief, aches, injuries or even just as a treat for yourself for your general relaxation wellness.

Laima specialises in Sports and Deep Tissue massages. She aims to provide targeted bodywork combining different techniques. She is proficient in trigger point massage, “dry needling” and cupping to achieve best results in pain management, injury rehabilitation, recovery, tension relief or for general body maintenance.

Laima also offers Relaxation, Pregnancy and Hot Stone massages.
